I have a pet. Can I still rent from you?

All pets are subject to approval. $100 additional nonrefundable deposit required per pet. The following dog breeds and/or mixes are not accepted at our rental properties: Pit Bull, Akita, Chow, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman, and Belgian Malinois.

Documented assistive pets are welcome at all properties.

Why don’t you show interior photos of the properties?

We only photograph the inside of our properties when tenants move in to document the condition at that time. These photos do not necessarily depict the property accurately at any other time. We will not rent to you until you actually see the property. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please contact us for showing information.

How often is your list of properties updated?
