I’m interested in a property. How can I see it?

Viewing arrangements can be made by contacting our office between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (except holidays). We are not open weekends. Please bring government-issued identification. If a property is vacant, we will check out a key to you while holding your debit or credit card (we check out keys until 4:00 PM and will need you back by 5:00 PM when we close).

If the property is still occupied, we will make an appointment with the current tenants for you. Please do not go on the property and disturb the tenants.

When can I submit my application?

We can only accept your application after you have personally visited the property and viewed both the interior and exterior (pictures are not provided) — there are no exceptions to this policy.




What if the property is designated “HOLD”?

Properties designated “HOLD” have already received an application. You are welcome to view and apply for the property, but it would be in a backup position.
