A third-generation Flagstaff resident, Ann has worked in real estate since 1969. Her stint in the industry covers all aspects of sales, property management, commercial management, commercial leasing, mortgage loan servicing, and limited appraisal activity. Prior to opening her own brokerage firm in 1982, she worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage Company, Western Savings & Loan Brokers (in REO dispositions), and Northern Arizona Realty & Investment Company. She also leased and/or managed four major local shopping centers, including Westcor’s Flagstaff Mall. Ann has served on the boards of many local organizations, including the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors®, the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, the Flagstaff Pine Country Pro Rodeo and the Arizona Historical Society. She was part of the search committee for the new Dean of the College of Business at Northern Arizona University and currently serves as a volunteer for the Sheriff’s Search and Rescue. Ann was nominated for the Athena Award in 1992, a testament to her contributions to the community, as well as her excellence, creativity and initiative in the real estate industry.Although Ann no longer manages properties, she remains active in sales.
