Created in 2004, Pollock Properties, Inc. has two partners — Gaynell Roberts and Doug Jensen — who not only offer a broad range of complementary skills, but who are deeply involved in the local Flagstaff community. Previous co-owner, Ann Pollock, continues with Pollock Properties, Inc. as an Associate Broker.

All four are members of the National Association of Realtors®, the Arizona Association of Realtors®, and the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors®

Doug Jensen, Broker and Co-Owner

Doug graduated from Northern Arizona University and, like many others, fell in love with Flagstaff and never left. After earning his B.S. in Political Science and B.A. in Religious Studies, he spent several years as an operations manager in the Flagstaff hotel industry. Doug joined Ann and Gaynell at Cave Pollock Realty & Management, Inc. in 2001, where he managed residential properties and homeowners associations and sold residential properties. While no longer active with Big Brother Big Sister, he continues to provide support as a member of Northern Arizona University Alumni Association. He takes pride in contributing to the local community. Doug learned to speak conversational Spanish at the Bilingual Institute in Cuernavaca, Mexico. His language skills have helped him communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients and renters.

James Roberts, Associate Broker and Co-owner

James Roberts is a Flagstaff native, graduating from Coconino High School and attending Coconino Community College. After working in several different fields around Flagstaff he decided to try his hand in Real Estate in 2017 by getting his Real Estate Salesperson License. In 2020, he followed this up by getting his Real Estate Brokers License and becoming Associate Broker with Pollock Properties. At the start of 2021, following the retirement of Gaynell Roberts, James also joined Doug in co-ownership. His hobbies include hiking, archery, and gaming. Although new to the industry, he looks forward to working with Pollock Properties Inc. for many years.

Sherlyn Reily, Property Manager

Sherlyn Reily, joined the Pollock Properties team in 2021. Beginning with multi-unit and single unit residential management, she has also started to explore the world of sales as she took on her first listing in 2023. Sherlyn is a life long resident of Flagstaff, who raised her children here. Her heart belongs to this beloved town.

Trisha Peralta, Property Manager

Trisha Peralta, started with Pollock Properties in 2022. She hit the ground running managing multi-unit and single unit residential properties. Trisha was raised in Flagstaff and graduated from Coconino High School in 2005. Trisha is married and has a daughter as well as a son. She is a writer, award winning photographer, avid reader, an animal lover, and enjoys all types of music.

Ann Pollock, Associate Broker

A third-generation Flagstaff resident, Ann has worked in real estate since 1969. Her stint in the industry covers all aspects of sales, property management, commercial management, commercial leasing, mortgage loan servicing, and limited appraisal activity. Prior to opening her own brokerage firm in 1982, she worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage Company, Western Savings & Loan Brokers (in REO dispositions), and Northern Arizona Realty & Investment Company. She also leased and/or managed four major local shopping centers, including Westcor’s Flagstaff Mall. Ann has served on the boards of many local organizations, including the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors®, the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, the Flagstaff Pine Country Pro Rodeo and the Arizona Historical Society. She was part of the search committee for the new Dean of the College of Business at Northern Arizona University and currently serves as a volunteer for the Sheriff’s Search and Rescue. Ann was nominated for the Athena Award in 1992, a testament to her contributions to the community, as well as her excellence, creativity and initiative in the real estate industry.Although Ann no longer manages properties, she remains active in sales.
